Bad Service, Bad Treatment and Not Willing to help

Phoned Vodacom yesterday regarding a Vodacom Protect pin that was activated while my work guys are overseas in Brazil. Phoned the service department thinking that they would be helpful and would get back to the guys and get everything sorted? Long story short they send me back and forth to the Nashua Mobile guys with no one willing to assist in getting this matter sorted. Phoned them twice today only to find out that the call that I logged was closed. The first time I phoned them today a supervisor had promised to phone me back... I am still waiting for that call. Shame the poor guy I spoke to last tried to help but it was just not good enough. It seems that Vodacom's priority is definitely not customer service.

I am definitely not a Vodacom user and must say that the abuse I took the last 2 days will most definitely not convince me to ever convert to Vodacom.

My problem is still not sorted and they have referred me to a website... this is now real customer service?
