Vodacom - Dissapointing - Groundhog Day

Vodacom -- Most disappointing Service
Been working in Parrow Industria area for a while now - The Vodacom Signal here is Bad - Very Bad -
Several hundred people struggling - ( MTN and Cell C signal works well!).
The only thing here, worse than the Vodacom Signal, is Vodacom's service - Its like the movie, "Groundhog Day"._ I phone Vodacare (Now that's a laugh)- they log a problem. - They actually send a dude out - and he checks the signal, and agrees with me, that its bad, and that Vodacom 3G here, is worse. He tells me that they can fix it, - and that they will "Optimise the signal" whatever that means, and if that don't work, - they will install a repeater in the office. When? I ask. - Soon he says!

Then - NOTHING HAPPENS!!! - weeks later I again phone Vodacom, ' and so help me - They say - I see your problem was resolved- Would you like to log another problem!!! (Just like Groundhog Day) (Been this route a number of times now!!)
The system is obviously rigged to allow Vodacom to trot out some incredibly good looking service statistics! Without actually delivering anything! - The truth is something totally different
