I have 6 vodacom contracts. Have beeen complaining for the last two years about signal related problems. At first they didnt give a untill I said i am going to cancell all my contracts with them. Then they send technicians and they installed free of charge a Signal booster in my home. That worked well for - 1 year then I was back at square one. I kept complaining and complaining untill they said they will put up a tower in my area. Yayyyy they did just that, the structure was up by the end of December 2012... we are in the middle of June 2013 and still it is just a structure with no machinery!!! And still I have the same problem. If you phone vodacom you speak to call centre personel, these poor people has no clue how to handle a situation like this. And NO ONE would give me a number for a person who "maybe" has a clue to what they are talking about. Now i want to cancell my contracts but where and how??? Please could you maybe help me.
