Poor service from Vodacom

I'm not sitting in a remote area under a tree. I'm in Nelspruit and I don't have proper cellphone reception. I have phoned Vodacom numerous times and every time they promise to call back and to give feedback about a problem they are having with a cable. Not once has anybody phoned back. I have a contract with Vodacom and I rely on proper service from Vodacom to run my business. I am sure they are not running around in their offices to pick up a signal when they talk to their clients. It is exactly what happens with me and it is just as difficult to send an e-mail. I really get the impression that they don't care because they get paid every month according to the contract and they make extra money because we have to redial many times just to complete one call
