2 MTN contracts upgraded & MTN is mum

It's been 2 weeks now since I alerted MTN that they have upgraded my 2 numbers without my knowledge. The call centre rep asked me to submit an affidavit and ID but no one has even cared to contact me and tell me what is going on, what is being done, how long is it going to take etc. I'm seating with an old phone and can't upgrade, yet i'm paying for a new phone. I was home sick when I got an sms thanking me for an upgrade. Only internal people have access and would know that my 2 contracts were due for upgrades. Last year, MTN staff did a sim swop on my number without my knowledge and again it was a case of. I wrote to their complaints department until I was blue in the face. No one even cared to acknowledge my emails. I'm so sick of this. Why is it so difficult to see where the upgrade was done and who signed for it? I'm not writing this to get MTN's response, I am doing it so people can know that is at another level here. And I don't think MTN is taking it seriously.
