Incredible Connection
Lack of Service

I ha bought I printer the day before that I wanted to return as it was not reading the print cartridges. The technical support section was understaffed. There were 2 peopl waiting and only one technician avaiable. As for the lady at the front des, she coulnt have cared less if there were 20 people waiting. I eventuually walked out muttering to myself about lack of service and not one of the employees standing around, doing nothing, asked if they could help. In fact they all looked at me and basiclly ignored me. I wont be going back there again.
