Salesman think THEY do customers a favour

I went to the Vodashop in Cresta on Saturday 25 May to upgrade one of the 5 contracts I hold with Vodacom.
I met with the salesman Chamon who advised me that the tablet I wanted would only be available the next week Saturday the 1st of June. I waited for a week and went to the shop on Saturday the 1st just to find that Chamon was nowhere to be found. After waiting 20min for him he comes strolling into the shop. I stoppped him and reminded him of our conversation last weekend and that I was there to pick up my tablet. He told me he was busy. I asked him how long he would be and he ignored me. I told him I was going to leave and go somewhere else and he shrugged and told me to do what I had to do! I called the store to complain to the manager but after calling 5 times with the phone only ringing I stopped calling. An hour later someone eventually picked up the store telephone. I complained to the manager who said he would call me back in 5 minutes... He called me back 2 hours later and I had missed the call as I was on the phone. I am sick of salesman thinking THEY are doing customers a favour. My immediate family has - 10 Vodacom contracts and we are all thinking of cancelling them.
