9 month pregnant customer made to stand 20min

I went to Fnb Newgermany to get a new pin code, increase card limit and get bank statement.after waiting in the Que for 20min I finally get to the consultant (Helleen) and she says to me with such attitude and not a smile in her face"all the things you looking for are done in the collections department", I then ask her does that mean I must stand in that long Que which she replied to by saying yes and called for the next customer while still sitting in front of her, just like that she dismissed me, which I found very disrespectful. All the seats in the branch were full and now I'm 9 months pregnant, my feet are swollen and I'm standing in one of the longest Que for another 20min for a simple thing that Helleen could have assisted me with in the 1st place, and nobody borders to offer me a chair given my condition.when I finally got to the counter I asked for the branch manager and I was told helleen was the highest person incharge now for that reason I got thrown from pillar to post. When I asked to speak to Helleen, I waited 15min whe she finally decided to show up, she had no time for my complain, didn't appologise, screamed at me and walked away in full view of other customers. Its really sad.
