I received a bill from telkom stating I owe 1100rands for march 2013 and I had just paid an amount of 1300 rands in February 2013, my line had been suspended for 1300 as queried, in February 2013 which I paid and my line was unsuspended if I owed over 1300 my line would of not been unsuspended, in 1 month time how do I receive another bill for 1100 rands when my installment is only 450 rands, even worst I call the call centre and a team leader named Isaac mamabolo in the Pretoria branch technical support tells me that I should learn to pay my accounts, and tells me that if telkom bills me 10000 rands I should pay it, so my line won't get suspended not knowing my line is not suspended.further to this he rudely cuts the call on me, I want this sorted out by telkom and I want the call recordings for the cpa
