Turn around time another 2 weeks really!

Job No: 8656132- I took my phone in for repairs initially on the 2nd March, I was called in to get my phone on 11th March. I left Alberton Repairs Centre very happy, once I got home I realised that the phone needed to be constantly charging in order to stay on. Contacted Vodacom on 0821944 on Tuesday Morning spoke to Boitumelo who advised me to visit Vodacom yet again to have phone booked in. I was unable to go to Alberton so I took the phone to Cresta. This was on Tuesday 12th March. Initially when I went to Cresta I was informed that there was no loan phone, I asked to speak to a manager and a loan was procured. The only time something gets done is if the customer complains, why cant service be the standard? I explained to the lady Joanna that I tested my battery with another BB 9900 and it was working fine- the issue was with the handset. Still the same process needed to be followed. Which I respected and followed.
I called the repair line on 0821944 today 15th and after a struggle in terms of getting the agent to see that this case was not a new on but ongoing, I asked to speak to someone who could indicate a definite time frame I was magically transferred to Cresta. What te
