Good day, a lodged a complaint a few weeks ago re: vodacom not assisting me with a contract query. I wanted to downgrade or change to a top up contract due to the fact that I did not take a phone on upgrade and was told that I need to pay in between R1500 and R2300 to do this. I explained to them that I did not get a phone and I cannot understand why I must be penalised.

A lady by the name of Kim called me to discuss various packages. I said I will view their website and get back to her with a chosen package. I emailed [Email Removed] 3 times already and to date, no one has gotten back to me - 6, 11 and 14th of March. I cannot understand this. Vodacom prides itself on its service but this is unacceptable. I have been a contract client with you since 2008 and on prepaid and top contracts before that. Is this how loyal customers are treated???
