For the past two years I've had a 384kb business line and domain registration with Mweb as I was hosting my own server privately. I then decided to move my website over to the PRO hosting package for R49 and to also downgrade the line to a normal 1mb uncapped line for R339.

After numerous calls and tickets logged on the Mweb website someone eventually contacted me and I manage to submit my application for the website hosting package on 18 Feb and to downgrade the line on 28 Feb.

On Feb 27 the DNS records to my server stopped working and on 1 Mar I received the login details for the Enkompass cPanel. However, to date my domain is still not accessable and my website has been offline ever since. I also noticed that some features advertised for the PRO package are not enabled in my cPanel. When I questioned this I was told that the features are only available on the ULTRA package - which is not what is being advertised on the Mweb website.

I'm sick and tired of phoning and emailing people every second day to find out what's going on only to be told it's been escalated to senior management. I've already received my first invoice for the new services but Im unable to use them...
