Poor service and poor quality

I handed my blackberry 9360 in at the Willowbridge branch on 15/7 because I have had problems with the handset since I got it. The phone freezes after each action eg take a PIC, frozen, the battery depletes in less than a hour and the phone reboots randomly. If I want to send a bbm, email or SMS I have to reboot the phone first.
This was all explained to the store when I handed it in, and I explained that I have bought 3 batteries for this phone in 8 months.
I was called yesterday to come collect, I went in, and the guy says 'there is nothing wrong with this phone its the battery' so I asked how much a new battery is and he says 'no idea' I asked if he could check and he said 'we don't have any in stock' then he just said I must sign for my phone and that was that. So now I sit with a phone that I can't use. Both mtn and blackberry should stand by their products and their service.
