Blackberry Problems

When I got my blackberry about a year and half ago I was very excited. Using bbm, the app world and the other applications were very nice. My phone was giving some problems later like freezing and had to be rebooted but its things I could still live with. But then the battery started to give problems and eventually did not even last an hour. I bought a new battery and it was working fine... for a while. I deleted apps not used to see if it saves some battery time but with the new battery it barely lasts 3 hours. I can't go out for a day without being without a phone half way through the day. Now since yesterday the middle bottom got stuck and we can not do anything with the phone. We can't even get the information from the phone when connected to a computer because it can't scroll up to select usb drive. I am very unhappy because there are photos, numbers and messages on my phone I most likely is going to loose. That's not our only problem phone. We have 2 old blackberry's which were back up phones but can't be used anymore. The 1 has a software problem and other screen is blank. Both only 2yrs old! We now have 3 blackberry's and not 1 can be used. Very disappointed in blackberry
