9360 is an awful phone

I have had the 9360 since January and from the start it has given me nothing but problems. It freezes all the time, is slow on the commands, beeps when there isn't a message, doesn't beep when there is a message, doesn't scroll up on long BBMs and only lasts until 16:00. I am disgusted that BlackBerry would even sell this phone to customers. It is nothing but an aggravation.
I went onto BlackBerry's website to find contact details so I could speak to someone about this but nowhere on the site does it give contact details!
