Poor Service Quality

The data network in Grahamstown is ridiculously poor. No problem experienced in cities. Have logged two complaints and after several phonecalls and promises, the problem is still not resolved. The fact that i have no problem in big cities shows me that clients in small towns are hardly a priority to cell c yet they still take my money every month. The service i am paying for is shocking and by lack of response i see that Cell C just does not care about its clients. I called the one day enquiring about cancelling my contract due to non service delivery and the consultant did not even attempt to ask why. She proceeded to advise the procedure for cancellation of a contract. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone
