Iphone 5 Earpods

Hi,

I visited the Century City Vodacom branch recently as my Iphone 5 earpods seem faulty. The consultant advised that I would have to book in the phone AND earpods to run tests. i find this absolutely unecessary as who in the year 2013 can be without their cellphones for a few days?!?!? Seeing that the Iphone 5 is a premium phone on vodacom and my monthly bill has averaged over R800 per month for years they should simply swap the earpods! Seriously unhappy with Vodacom!
