I have had pathetic network from the inception of my data contract and cell contract. i was advised to call technical to help with the network issue, twice a call was made and the staff was very unhelpful and completely unprofessional. the latest person was snethemba mthembu, no trouble shooting was even done, he kept asking us to do the most ridiculous things like take our laptop and test it at work, hello it is my personal laptop and i am having network issues at home!!
so anyways i have requested for the cancellation of my data package via email and that was over 2 days ago and still no feedback which they say takes 24-48hours. i need to know when the cancellation will be done, what happens to current bundles etc, but nobody seems to know what to do its a nightmare! its the worst network to deal with!
i have jus sent another email for assistance, i just want to know the Ts and Cs, i am paying for a service i dnt even get!
