I still have a problem with the account. I pay R40 extra on the upgrade that was cancelled and R19 on the handsets I never received. Webmaster responded and said they will credit my account for the upgrade fees but what about the extra money that is being deducted every month for the past year??? I would like to be paid back and not credited.
