Not being able to upgrade

Hi

I phoned In this morning to make sure that I am able to do my upgrade, on both of my phones, I was told yes I can do it immediately, I chose my phone and got all excited that It would be deliverd in a few working days, then all of a sudden I get told I cant get my upgrade because my number is with the pre legal department, now YOU please explain to me how can that be, if I pay my account every month, if I did a late payment I told you guys, if I changed bank details I informed you guys, again you guys debited my account this month with R270 for what I don't know because it was up tp dat ein december as I paid R350 so you tell me why the extra amount of R70 was deducted??? Please also note there is the letter informing you!! (attached)

My upgrade date Is the 09/02/2014 and believe me I will be upgrading or I will be taking this to the ombudsman.
My account is up to date
My account was paid every month

You guys made mistakes on my account that was yore fault not mine.

I want feedback TODAY before 5.
