Last year i have paid extra money to my account thinking that it will be credited to my account even this month I deposited extra money. It was just left there and not be credited to my account. During this month I have send an email requesting them to increase my instalment. To my surprise it was not done. I called to find out why and I was told they are having a backlog. I need a service here not to be told stories. I discovered that extra money I have been paying to reduce the debt was put aside as a credit to my account. I realise that when phoning the call centre, and told that I must give instruction for them to process that. What does that mean when you pay extra to the account owed, I thought it will be automated to reduce my debt. No with Nedbank is different. How will I know when process was not be communicated to me that I must give instructions. Not even a decency to send an email asking about the extra money paid or communicate that process. When I enquire with the call centre i was told that they are not other banks. This is how nedbank do they stuff. I regret to be doing business with Nedbank. No wonder they dont have penetrate the market. is the poor service provid
