DEBIT ORDERS GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT

I WAS DUE FOR AN UPGRADE AND I VISITED THE MENLYN STORE IN DECEMBER 2013. AFTER ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS COMPLETED TO MERGE MY 2 CONTRACTS AND TO UPGRADE, CELL C MENLYN INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS NO HANDSETS AVAILABLE. I THEN CANCELLED THE MERGE AND UPGRADE OF MY TWO CONTRACTS. THE TWO CONTRACTS THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE IS AN AMOUNT OF R125 EACH ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

ON 1 FEBRUARY 2014, TWO DEBIT ORDERS IN THE AMOUNT OF R238 EACH WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT. ON 3 FEBRUARY 2014 I LODGED A QUERY WITH REF. 4020300111 AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE EXTRA AMOUNT THAT WENT OF MY ACCOUNT WAS FOR UPGRADES!!! I WAS PAYING FOR UPGRADES AND I NEVER RECEIVED HANDSETS FOR THEM. I CANCELLED THE UPGRADES AND MERGE OF THE 2 PHONES WITH ROSE AT THE MENLYN STORE. THIS IS AND AND I AM GOING TO OPEN A CASE AT GARSFONTEIN POLICE STATION.

LATER THAT AFTERNOON CELL C CONTACTED ME, NOT TO SORT OUT MY QUERY BUT TO CONVINCE ME TO UPGRADE!!! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
