Cellc lack of feedback even on hellopete

When I reported cell c on hello peter for bad service I received a response from cell c that they would assist me with my problem and promised feedback one way or another, guess what I have the same problem. and I have confirmed that in fact today as I have just spoken to a call centre agent that the individual who helped me regarding my cell complaint on hellopeter did not infact open a case... yet again zero customer service from cell c.
(I might add this is easily my 10th call to cell c and yet they all promise to call back they never do, that includes the supervisor shaun joseph from jhb and sindy from the Durban call centre
