CHARGES ON CALLS CELLC TO CELL C!!!

My husband put in a complaint more than once to the call centre regarding him making calls to my cell c number. I as well also put in a query for the call centre to see why is this happening in case the problem was with my number. But as uaual no feedback to me or my husband what the problem is and why is this happening. We were both told that the airtime that was used will be reversed back to my husband which was never done. Portia was the last person my husband spoke to and she said she will come back to him why this is happening and she did not! My husband has 2 cell c numbers and with both he gets charged only when he calls my cell c number.
We would apprecaite it if someone who knows how to resolve this matter get back to us, as it is going on for over a month, and we cannot keep on doing this by putting a complaint on Hellopeter before anything gets done!!!
