Good Day

I requested to be upgraded on the 8th of February to a 4mb adsl line, this hasnt been done. according to the telkom website i am on a 4mb adsl line but my speed reflects 1mb ive been paying for a 4mb adsl line for the months of february and march. yet i recieve nothing. telkom has sent out technicans to my house about 8times. ive spoken to thuns at technical services apperently his the head. nothing he promised it would be resolved and nothing. this guy supposed to middle management. he cant do anything. Jmimmy the technican promised to come back to me because he could not resolve the fault. and still nothing. how am i supposed to function with such poor service.
