No feedback/update on query even after 3 requests

I am on Cell C prepaid and after checking their website to see what the international rates would be to call the UK (zone 1 R0.99) I called the UK and my airtime ran out. I recharged with R70 and called again but my airtime ran out after about 7 or 8 minutes which is a lot more than R0.99 per minute.

I called customer care on Tuesday 7 May at 09:45 and explained this to nokubonga who opened a case and promised me someone from Cell c will get back to me within 48hrs. After NO response I called again on Thursday 9 May at 13:00 and spoke to nontobeko who tried her best not to be helpful but she eventually promised that someone will back to me before the end of the day.

AGAIN no feedback. I called again on Friday 10 May at 12:30 and spoke to Zama. She again promised me that her supervisor (sharika) will provide me with feedback before the end of the day.

It's now Saturday and still nothing from Cell C!!! I'm using this website as a last resort to try and get some feedback from Cell C!
