Cell C Gives empty promises and the worst service

My handset was handed in to the Boksburg Cell C store over 4 weeks ago. Every time I call the call centre and advise to put me through to the technical department they always tell me no they will assist. They tell me the same thing all the time with no updates promising me always to follow up and get back to me. That never happens as the call centre does not have any customer orientation, I am firstly still paying for my contract which is 100% covered, I finally receive a sms yesterday stating for me to accept a quote of over R2000 for the phone to be repaired. I then call the call centre AGAIN and they say its their mistake it is covered and that they will follow up and get back to me the next day which is today by 12. It is now 2pm and guess what no feedback. I called the Cell C and guess what it is still not followed up. So what is the people actually getting paid for when they not doing their job? I will never recommend Cell C to any business person to the public because you have to always end up doing their job. My question is will my phone be sorted out and active feedback given or do i just keep paying for my Cell C contract with no phone.
