Poor Problem Resolution

I reported recently that CellC had billed me incorrectly. I listed it on Hello Peter. I was called by a Cell C Rep. He confirmed that they had in deed billed me incorrectly and that they would fix the error and notify me once it was done. Each time I report this to cell c they tell me it will be fixed in 48 hours. It has now been more than a week since the Cell C rep called me.
I am beginning to lose faith in Cell C. I am usually praising Cell C for their low call rates, now I am thinking it is better to pay more and get better service.
