Pathetic attitude from a manager who was rude

I am in arrears with my account and phoned in on 21st February 2013 to enquire why I am being billed even though I cannot receive or make calls. I was told by a manager that I was billed as I still had the line but it would eventually stop being billed by the 10th March 2013. I forgot to take the manager's name down. I received a new bill today with R200 more. I phoned in and they gave me the same story. I spoke to a manager Steven Phogojane and he told me that there is nothing I can do. He was totally rude and nonchalant. I told him don't Telkom record their calls and he said I cannot request that recording for those purposes and if I didn't have the managers name thats the end of it. I asked to speak to another manager and he just put me through to cancellations. At cancellations I was angry and cancelled my service. I then asked how much to reconnect if I decide to in future. The lady Teshia Makgoka said I cannot re connect but would have to re-intsall at a cost of? R600. I then asked if I can retract my cancellation and change to prepaid.
She said no they cannot reverse cancellations even tho I changed my mind within 2 minutes. She was ok but Steven was pathetic in his service!
