Clients do not rate managers attention

My Father passed away and I want to cancel his contract. No condolences are offered and I am told to fax all the documents. I am told that the cancellations department does not have email. This is either an outright or Altech is so far behind the times, one wonders if they should be taken seriously. When I asked to speak to a manager I am informed that managers at Autopage do not take calls from customers. How arrogant! We customers are way to far down on the feeding chain to warrant being able to speak to a manager.
