Cancelled Lines yet still being charged

On December 21st I cancelled my landline with Telkom after speaking to both accounts and cancellations, as well as spoken to Afrihost for the cancellation of my ADSL, so that by the 21st of January the lines would be dead, yet I was still being billed for February and March. After numerous calls I had eventually gotten through to the floor manager Zipho Nkala, who upon my request submitted that he would arrange the return of my monies and resolve the issue on the 27th February. We had been in contact via email yet after 4 weeks the issue was not resolved nor my monies returned. upon requesting an update I was then AGAIN told to cancel my line. How is it that after assuring me that the situation will be resolved do I have to beg and plead for answers only to be told I must go about the same route that I had already done numerous times. I am being billed for a service I have NEVER used nor am I even in possession of as I have moved out of the domicile. This is beyond pathetically atrocious and absolutely disgusting disregard for client satisfaction. How can I be billed for something I dont even own anymore never mind had cancelled on more than one occasion??!?!?
