Contradictions, rudeness & lack of accountability!

I was told that my contract would be converted to prepaid on the 22nd and must recharge with R5 within 24 hours of this happening for it to take effect, I followed the procedures but had still not been converted so I phoned cancellations and when I told this to the consultant, she laughed at me and said there is no such procedure and I have to turn my phone of for 24 hours and recharge with a R29 airtime, when I said that I was not told this info and had the other procedure in writing, she went to her manager and you can hear them laughing about it in the background! I said that I could not turn my phone off during the week for 24 hours so she said she couldn't help me, I must phone back on Saturday. Later that day I phoned again and got a very helpful lady, I informed her of my issues and asked to speak to a manager. She went to call a manager and came back saying that she was going into a meeting but would phone me back immediately after... I have yet to have a phone call. I then phoned again for a manager and the consultant I spoke to said they had all gone home and when I asked for the manager's name, he refused to give it to me... It is SHOCKING service!!
