I have a Nokia on contract and it has been sent if for repairs three times. This third time it came back with a replaced IMEI number and been refurbished. We were told that this particular Nokia is a problematic model and yet it keeps being "repaired" this time it came back with the same outer case but will supposed new inner parts and a new IMEI number. This phone's guarantee also doesn't come with another 2 year Nokia warranty and the warranty expires when the current contract expires in a few months. The assistants at the Hillcrest Branch assured us that if the phone could not be repaired as previously another model or new Nokia would be issued to us. However, we received the same phone back but "refurbished"! I have complained to Nokia and to Autopage Head office without any resolution and we have to just accept this refurbished phone back. I took out a contract for a new phone not some refurbished rubbish! I don't want this phone back. The staff at Autopage accept no liability and their attitude is that they really couldn't care less. Autopage head office have told us that we have to accept this refurbished phone and we can't even cancel until the contract is up.
