Sifiso, or someone from your head office needs to get back to me IMMEDIATELY!
As expected, Sifiso, you did not send me your contact details should I have any further problems and I have had nothing but problems since we spoke!
On Monday I was told by branch that I would be receiving a "brand new replacement phone" (blackberry). I got to the store on Tuesday to be shown a "refurbished" phone sent to replace mine.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT SOMEONE ELSES TROUBLE! A refurbished phone means someone else has got a new phone and theirs repaired and passed on to me.
My phone has a WARRENTY... meaning it would be repaired, alternately replaced with a NEW PHONE or our MONEY REFUNDED.
The branch staff know nothing and can not or will not help.
I am completely APPAULED and DISGUSTED, not to mention INSULTED by the treatment I have received over the past FIVE WEEKS while my cell has been with Autopage for repairs.
THIS HAD BETTER BE SORTED OUT AND FAST!
