No accountability for substand product

I took out a contract for a Nokia E6 in September 2011. The phone was submitted for faulty operation in June 2012. The phone was continued to give problems and has been in 5 times for faulty the same recurring problems which Nokia is unable/incompetent to fix. Each time I submitted fthe phone for fixing I had to wait a month for the phone to be fixed. THIS MEANS I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT THE USE OF THE PHONE FOR A TOTAL OF 5 MONTHS NOW (ALMOST A THIRD OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD TO DATE). Nokia has since discontinued their E6 phone due to continual problems experienced with this model. Both Nokia and Autopage Cellular refuses to replace my phone and keep giving me a phone back with this same problems recurring. They cannot fix the phone and refuse to replace it. I requested a cancellation of the contract but Altech Autopage refuses saying that they will repair the phone. I find this blatant refusal by both Nokia and Autopage Cellular to honour the standard of the products they sell and to take accountability for the substandard quality of the products like this unacceptable and appeal to the public to take note of this and refuse to do business with these organisations.
