I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years now, and have 2 accounts. I upgraded in December with the new I-phone 5, with there advertsied & subsribed packages. I was not informed at all about a so called "24 Month Handest Installement Fee". Now all off a sudden it appears on my bill 2 month in a row, and when i called to enquire about it, all they say is, "oh so sorry we should have told you and you have to pay". For someone as big as vodacom to have such low low service and have no value for there contract custromers, thay have 1 very big dissapointed customer. Hope they can recify this probelm and dont to there customers!!
