JUST like government, poor service delivery

I have a 1meg line which gives the download speed of a 384 line speed... the pathetic part of this is that i logged a complaint and a technician came out.he did tests and said everything is fine on my side but its a telkom fault and i must keep complaining till it reaches the bosses attention so they can increase bandwidth to alleviate congestion at night.their reasoning is congestion at night makes my download speed slow.i was told changing my ISP wont make a difference.strangely my friend is with mweb and gets 1.00 mbps on average on a 1meg line, im getting 0.30mbps.so how does the isp NOT make a difference if this is what telkom offers.tonight i called again only to be told they offline and cant help.is telkom 2yrs in sa or what? and call in, i promise you will feel like a cos they repeat the same options and tell you every option you take is invalid.sad, im considering moving to mweb rather if this is the service telkom gives
