Telkom, Worst service providers!!!

I use telkom for business and for home with a phone line and ADSL as well.and over the past 3 weeks my lines have been down with multiple calls, sms, online complaints etc, im getting no help at all... this is not even the 1st time lines have gone down for months, its a common problem with this service provider... if you are thinking of using telkom, think again, the service is terrible at the call centre, the products are useless, and are full of excuses all the time... and they still billing me for a service im not getting!! when ever i call them they tell me a long story about the exchange that is down, or their systems are down or there is a problem with the lines, generally no one knows what is going on there, not to mention the poor poor customer service, and attitude... i have had 3 technicians come out over the period of the past 3 months to sort this out and there is still no luck, how can anyone do business etc with this . this is 3 consecutive weeks now... i am on an uncapped business line which i use for business and home if anyone with a little bit of technical savvy responds to this CALL ME NOW
