Hi MTN SP. You will note that my first complaint was posted on 04 March. It took you until 06 March to even respond - despite tweeting and putting a query on your website on 05 March. You promised to "escalate' my query. Your lack of attention, apathy and couldn't care less attitude is actually laughable. I still haven't been contacted my anyone - hilariously, I even got an sms to ask for my service rating from your call centre - 1 (poor) I said and followed it up by a free text comment. I can honestly say I have never received worse service from anyone, anywhere at any time. I am becoming what brand people call a 'terrorist'. Does anyone with a pulse at MTN care? If there is anyone who cares please can you call me and sort out my very simple query. Ps - your call centre today says you will be transferred to an operator and then just drops the call - I love that - its symbolic of your inconceivable apathy.
