I can honestly say that what I am currently experiencing with Vodacom is the epitome to bad service. I cannot believe that its such a struggle to sort out such a simple query. After a countless number of calls and endless begging for service, I AM STILL UNHAPPY. I yesterday i spoke to a lady who promised that she would contact me with feedback on Monday at the very latest. Now im getting mgs saying the audit will take 14 days, and another one saying the query has been resolved (no mention of the refund i requested of course, thats no shock!) I am not stating the nature of my problem because i am assuming that someone will contact me one again and I will have to tell the story like an all over again!!! By the way, your messages mean nothing to me. What I would have appreciated at this point is a call from someone, although I wont hold my breath! I am the fool stuck with 4 contracts with you guys. I have recieved better service from a street vendor, HONESTLY!!!
