Unauthorised amount on bill & NO REPLY on queries

Since February an unauthorised amount of R 125.44 (excl.) was included on the monthly bill.
I have queried this numerous times with the actual branch involved, as well as the customer services call centre.
I have to date received no return calls from any of them:

-6 March: Modiri Moraladi from the branch of Fripps, Keywest in Krugersdorp, he will contact me the very next day - never did.
-11 March Junita from the call centre, she stated that she will get back to me by the 15th March, never did.
-18 March Phindi from the call centre, she stated that someone will email me by the next day at the latest, no one contacted me at all.
-2 April Lerata from the call centre, she stated that she will start a query on the system as NOTHING reflects about my query, will get someone to contact me, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET.
Today I've send an additional email to customer services.
