I did an online upgrade on the Vocadom website on the 20 February 2013. I received a confirmation email on 21 February 2012 advising me that one of their call center agents will call me. Nothing happened, I called them on the 25th and in trying to address my query they did the upgrade for me. I received the phone on the 28th but without the accesories promissed. I call them and ask them to pick it up. They only picked up on the 04th March and they promissed to fix their mess and get me the right stuff. I have exchanged countless emails and called their customer care which took me from pillar to post all the time. Up until now my query has not been resolved but they were quick to charge me for the new package. They promissed to rectify but on Sunday I received my invoice and I'm being charged for the Smart M package that I do not have. Today i tried to call them again and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I must say that I'm very furious and fustrated by their customer service to sat the least. They have all these new innovations that do not work and their people are clue less. This is the worst customer care i have ever expirienced in my entire life.
