Lack of service and getting back to me

I have been a client of Standard Bank for 50 years and have never experienced such bad service as recently. On June 10th I transferred R13 000 from my cheque account to my credit card account. This transaction was never recorded on my credit card. Upon enquiry at Standard Clearwater on July 1st 2013 (where the consultant tried his best to clear up the query) but after waiting for 25 minutes on the phone to get through to the call centre in town without any response we had to give up. The call centre of Standard Bank is an absolute disaster. I tried again on the 8th to find out from the Clearwater branch whether there has been any success with regards to my query. Exactly the same thing happened. The consultant (very helpful and competent) could also not reach the call centre after a wait of 25 minutes. I fail to see how, in this electronic age, a query of this nature, where the money was transferred into the wrong account by the ATM, could not be resolved in 8 days. Yesterday we posted the above note on the complaint resolution website and have as yet not received any response from anybody.
