The reason for my email is as a customer at Mtn, I'm really not pleased with the treatment that I have received on the following date 09 March 2013 from the service provider that is located at Protea Gardens mall. It's been 4 weeks since I handed my phone in for repairs at the Service provider, I can understand that there are procedures that are followed and terms and condition etc but customers shouldn't be Clowned around or made fools at the end of the day, I received a call from the service provider informing me that my phone is ready for collection the next thing all I get is a another waiting period procedure, I understand the terms and condition of my contract that at some point the procedure may take a little long as the phone that I've been using is under warranty and sadly is I was not even offered a temporary phone, I had to ask if there is any but all I get is they not available but it doesn't give mtn the rights to manipulate customers by offering good services but poor deliverance if customers do not have insurances. It has come to my acknowledge that if mtn contract customers are being treated this way.
