I am very dissapointed with Edgars, i lost my phone last year and claimed it and had to pay R95.00 for access, the new phone gave me problem within 5 months and i handed it in for repairs now am asked to pay R240.00 for repairs, am kinda dissapointed, what is the point of having or paying insurance every month if you still have to pay such amounts when you take your phone for repairs, I understand when you lost the phone.

I read my terms and condition there's nothing that states that i need to pay when i take a phone for repairs, i thought the benefits of having insurance is that you can take to repairs for free, this was never explained to me when i took the insurance, am still suprised and shocked and feel robbed.

and i dont even understand the explaination that am paying such amounts because i took it in within 5 months, what does that mean,? is there a certain time where a cellphone is allowed to be repaired or not. it can never be a customers faults that blackberry phones are faulty, what then happens, everytime i take my phone in i need to pay, what is the point of having an insurance.

This is totaly not on.
