Very Poor Customer Service staff

I have had a cell contract with Autopage for many years now. Recently I tried upgrading and was told that I would have to pay in a huge amount if I wanted a decent phone (e.g Samsung S4 galaxy). I found this unacceptable compared to what competitors offer so I requested that my number be moved to prepaid with the intention of taking another contract with a different service provider. I made this request on the 09/10/2013, and was told by the cancellations clerk that my contract would move across on 13/12/2013. Contract was cancelled yesterday. It is impossible to talk to their staff as they incompetent. Managers are never available only offering a 24 hour turnaround time to getting back to customers.. I must have spend almost 150 minutes on the phone altogether yesterday with their consultants. While I understand that Autopage have thousands of customers and that they cannot tend to everyones problems all at once, I feel it is my duty to notify Autopage that they have people who have no idea what they are doing manning your help lines. I also feel that I am paying for a service that they are not in a position to provide.
