In March 2013 I upgraded my contract with MTN. I received a Blackberry Z10 which had to be return as it would not switch on at all after the first 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of phoning and following op on the handset, I was advised that a new handset is available for me to collect. No SMS, Email or a phone call!!! Now again the same problem, 8 months later the phone over heated and would not switch on again. The phone was returned to MTN on the 28 December 2013. Today is the 10th of January 2014. No update on the repairs!!! Once again I had to phone and follow up. The service to date received from MTN is pathetic. I will be sure to change to another service provider at the end of the contract term. Where does TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY come into place?
