Why should i be Penalised!!!

I received an sms from Cell c stating that from Monday the 19th August 2013 i will only be receiving 2GB for my BIS services.i called up the call centre and was advise that due to customer abusing the the BIS services by using their BB as a modem all customer will not be give a max of 2gb a month and 15cent thereafter for every MB.

i think this is unfair for all customers to be affected by this when other providers are still offering the unlimited BIS. if i had known this was the case i would have not renewed my contract in May this year and would have seek a service provider that will cater to my needs.

the Manager i spoke to was not very courteous and tried to get her point across which sounded like i had No say in the matter and i should just accept the changes being made.

i was told that she will get back to be on Thursday the 22th august 2013 and advise me what can be done. if they will be changing my contract to the new terms and conditions i will be cancelling my contract and will refuse to pay and cancellation Fess as it was not part of my initial agreement.
