EDITING A CONTRACT RECORDING

On 11 June Rochelle phone me to sell me a new contract, in this recording I said that "if I am not happy with this contract can I cancel anytime? " She then said YES. This recording time was 16.03, the recording the other staff listened to was 16.11 and they heard the cancelling part and now VODACOM will cancel my contract. To got to this point took me 3 and a half weeks. They also want there R300 phone back which on the recording they said is FREE, I feel after all the painstakingly struggle to get to this point they can give me the phone. Also if they can EDIT my recording who else was not edited! I can send who ever takes this up all the info.
