SA Post Office
Package not received

I am appauled at the service I have received from the post office, a Package was sent to me from Bronkhospruit on 23.01.2014 to Cpt, I have still not received any notification as to where the package is when I check the Tracking # it shows that it's still at the post office where it was last posted, I have been trying to call the call centre on 0860111502 but I just don't get through, I keep calling the Bronkhospruit post office and also no answer yest I managed to speak to a Rieta who promissed me a call back but nothing, the phone keeps ringing when I call, I need this package ASAP, when am I getting it? this is PATHETIC. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
